Bd(T)(G) furnaces with conveyor belt for other continuous heat treatments - in a protective atmosphere

Continuous heat treatment furnace using conveyor and gas-tight muffle in a protective atmosphere, with circulating water cooling channel that is also airtight and integral in line with the furnace.
Heated by electricity or natural gas for typical working temperatures of up to 1180 °C.

A furnace intended for treating a wide range of parts, either in bulk or positioned on the belt, for all treatments that do not require rapid cooling by quenching in a liquid.
The gas-tight muffle ensures that the furnace is very versatile and can be used for various high-specification treatments in various precisely defined atmospheres.
The range of furnaces is available for outputs of up to 1600 kg/hour with conveyors from 60 mm to 1100 mm wide. These furnaces can easily be incorporated in a full heat treatment line.
