TR(P)AS(G) - Continuous washing machines

Continuous washing machines with spiral feed rotary drum or conveyor belt.
Heated by electricity or natural gas for the various types of bath.

This machine is for treating a wide range of parts, either in bulk or positioned on the belt, for cleaning prior to heat treatment or after quenching in a liquid.
It is robust, simple to use and maintain and is made entirely of stainless steel.
We have a range of machines available for outputs from 100 to 1600 kg/hour depending on the type of part.
These furnaces can easily be incorporated in a full heat treatment line.
